I’m currently spending my last hours before my transfer flight in the @qatarairways First and Business class lounge with the elegant light, the designer furniture, the Michelin star cuisine, fantastic wine…that is all very important but… to me it’s ultimately the people who take care of you during your experience, that have the true power to make it really special.
My experience with @qatarairways is that they have all these 5* amenities which they proudly advertise with, but what about service? People will forget what they saw. People will forget what you told them. People will forget what they read. But they will never forget how you made them feel. With my passion for luxury traveling my biggest smile always came from making people feel good- always. This is how your provide a true luxurious aka first class experience. And I gladly tip and pay extra for that 5* service. Unfortunately it’s a rare commodity these days.
Moral of this story is I want first class service to reflect in my own personal relationships, businesses and travel experience. At the end of the day it’s all about perspective. I really wonder, what is luxury to you? Look forward to reading your comments.
